Kerry founded Express Property Settlements with a passion for helping clients navigate the property journey with ease and confidence. With over four decades of experience in conveyancing, she brings unmatched expertise and a warm, personal approach to every settlement. Outside of her passion for property, Kerry loves cooking for her family, road-tripping to her favourite forests and wineries in WA’s south, and spoiling her adorable cat.

Jordan Newman
Jordan joined his mother, Kerry, at Express Property Settlements over a decade ago, bringing experience from his time at a leading Perth law firm. Together, they’ve built a tight-knit, family-run business grounded in their shared passion for the property industry. Known for his approachable nature and strong work ethic, he takes pride in supporting clients and guiding them through the settlement process with confidence. Outside the office, you’ll find him glued to every AFL game on TV or keeping up (trying to) with his energetic border collie.

Julia Crosetta
Julia has been a cherished member of the team since its early days, bringing her extensive administration expertise to help the company thrive. When she isn’t busy running the admin and accounts department, Julia enjoys exercising, cooking, socialising, and volunteering with the elderly, as well as spending quality time with her family. Known for her thoughtfulness and empathy, Julia goes above and beyond for her friends and family, and she applies the same dedication to her work ethic.
